PVC PP Blister Thick Sheet Vacuum Forming Machine with CE approved series is our newly designed automatic thick sheet vacuum forming machine, which is developed on the basis of foreign advance technology & craftwork, combined with actual domestic and customer's demands. The machine adopt PLC ,Touch screen control system, Module temperature control system, automatic mould clamping system, and automatic feeding & unloading system. This machine is easy to operate and suitable for the Blister forming of the thick sheets in big size and large quantity and difficult to demoulding.
Semi auto plastic thick sheet thermoforming machine
Working Cycle:
Carry materials by hand → clamp the materials → oven move along to forming area → heating → oven
move back to heating area →lower-mold up → forming globularity by air pressure(pre-blown) → vacuum(With plug assistant) → cooling → automatic degassing →mold ejecting → lower mold down→ take out the
finished product by hand.
Characteristics :
The machine could be used for the materials for ABS,PVC,PE,PP,PC,PMMA plastic board plate , by which could thermoform the automatic upholstery, motorcycle decorator board, the shell of electric scooter, the shell of medical apparatus, the inner gallbladder of icebox, parts of bathroom,lanter,etc.

1. the automatic loading system and automatic fetching system are available on special request.
2. Max, mold height could be up to 650mm
