Siemens PLC control thick sheet vacuum forming machine for plastic tray bowl plate is our newly designed automatic thick sheet vacuum forming machine, which is developed on the basis of foreign advance technology & craftwork, combined with actual domestic and customer's demands. The machine adopt PLC ,Touch screen control system, Module temperature control system, automatic mould clamping system, and automatic feeding & unloading system.

7. Far infrared ceramic heating bricks or Halogen heater tubes is optional. Halogen heater tube provides rapid heat response with a greater range of control to form challenging shapes and material, infrared ceramic heating brick has longer service life.
Main feature:
1. Processing flow: Manual Feeding → Heating → Pre-strech → Forming → Cooling → Air Blowing & Releasing from mold → Clamp Rising → Manual Pickup.
2. This machine consist of Heating system, Forming system, Vacuum system, Pneumatic system, Cooling system and Control system.
3. Heating & temperature control system: Adopts fully enclosed furnace to reduce heat loss. Adopts far infrared ceramic heating bricks or Halogen heater tubes with independent temperature controller to ensure the sheet is heated uniformly over its entire surface area and throughout its thickness. Temperature controller for the heating brick or halogen heater tubes is SCR voltage regulator which operating by setting voltage up and down. Each heating brick is controlled by single SCR voltage regulator, means “one to one” control mode, different voltage acquires different temperature. (Integrated circuit voltage regulator is optional, in this way, the voltage is PLC controlled and voltage setting is operated on touch screen).
4. Pre-stretch (Blowing “bubble”): In the case of male mold vacuum forming, once the plastic has reached its forming temperature it can be pre-stretched to ensure even wall thickness when the vacuum is applied. In the process of heating, the sheet will be softened and sagging, to keep the sagging sheet from being scorched and achieve even wall thickness, air pressure is applied to blow a small "bubble" and the mold is then raised into the pre-stretched sheet.
Application
The equipment is suitable for ABS, PP, PS, PVC, EPS, HIPS, PE, HDPE, PC, PMMA, EVA thermoplastic thick sheet vacuum forming and is an ideal processing machine for auto parts, sanitary wares, bags and light-fixture, sliding board, furniture, toys, advertising signs, traffic signs, apparatus (electrical) shell and inner bladder, plastic pallet and liners etc.

Warranty: We guarantee these machines for one year. And we supply some spare parts with the machine, operation manual and operation CD, etc.
Service: We will send engineer who install and train in your company for approximately 7 to 10 days, after machine is arrived your place. And the flight tickets, visa and accommodation of engineer will be arranged by buyer, also the buyer need pay 50USD/day for training cost.
